About the Project
Rockford International Business Solutions Ltd is implementing the BeaverWorks Community Reward Promo, a six-month statewide campaign designed to reward residents across Delta State.
To successfully execute this campaign, we are recruiting a structured sales team across multiple levels to drive ticket distribution, community engagement, and overall sales performance across the state.
Available Positions
1. Head Marketer (State Project Coordinator)
Compensation: ₦1,000,000 (Fixed)
Openings: 1
The Head Marketer will serve as the overall leader of the Delta State sales operation. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing the statewide ticket sales strategy while supervising all levels of the sales structure.

- Provide strategic leadership for all sales and marketing activities in Delta State
- Recruit and supervise Lead Marketers across all zones
- Oversee performance across all LGAs and ensure sales targets are met
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Drive partnerships, activations, and market expansion initiatives
- Ensure compliance with reporting and operational standards

- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven experience managing large teams or field operations
- Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills
- Good understanding of grassroots marketing within Delta State

2. Lead Marketers (Zonal Leads / LGA Coordinators)
Compensation: ₦750,000 (Fixed)
Openings: 5
Lead Marketers will operate at the zonal level and also serve as LGA Coordinators within their assigned zones. Each Lead Marketer will manage one LGA directly while supervising four additional LGA Coordinators within the same zone.

3. LGA Coordinators
Compensation: ₦650,000 (Fixed)
Openings: 20
LGA Coordinators will manage sales operations within their respective Local Government Areas. They will directly supervise Sales Agents and ensure consistent ticket sales at the grassroots level.

4. Sales Agents
Compensation: 10% commission on ticket salesSales Agents will be responsible for direct ticket sales to individuals across communities. This is a performance based role with earnings tied to sales volume.

Organisational Structure
The sales structure is designed to ensure effective coordination and execution across Delta State. The Head Marketer leads the operation at the state level. Five Lead Marketers manage zonal activities and also serve as LGA Coordinators within their zones. Each zone consists of five LGAs, bringing the total number of LGAs covered twenty five. Within each zone, the Lead Marketer supervises four additional LGA Coordinators, while also managing one LGA directly.
